1. OUR TERMS

These are the terms and conditions on which HOPE Kitchens & Interiors Limited provides design services, supplies products, and arranges installation work (“Projects”). These terms apply to both consumer and business customers.

2. ENQUIRIES & CONTRACT FORMATION

You may enquire via our website, email, telephone or showroom. Following any required survey, we will issue a written Estimate or Quotation. A contract is formed when you confirm acceptance in writing and we acknowledge your Order. A contract shall also be deemed to be in place where payment has been made against an Estimate, Quotation or invoice. By making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. DEPOSITS & PRE START VISITS

A minimum 50% deposit is required for all services unless otherwise stated. Payment terms for full package projects will be clearly detailed on the relevant quotation or invoice. Payment in full is required for all supply only and design only packages prior to collection or delivery.

4. PRODUCTS

Images, samples, brochures, displays and renderings are provided for illustrative purposes only. Variations in colour, tone, texture, grain, pattern and finish are normal and shall not constitute a defect. Natural materials including timber, stone, veneer and similar products may vary in appearance. Samples are representative only and exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

5. SERVICES

We will provide the Services as outlined in the Estimate, Quotation and Schedule of Works. Additional works arising from hidden defects, structural issues, plumbing defects, electrical defects, damp, asbestos, unsuitable substrates or other unforeseen circumstances shall be treated as variations and charged separately.

5.1 DESIGNS, DRAWINGS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Design consultations, technical plans, elevations, working drawings, specifications, renderings, mood boards and other design documentation are chargeable services and are not provided free of charge. Design fees are non refundable once design work has commenced. All drawings and associated documentation remain the intellectual property of HOPE Kitchens & Interiors Limited until payment has been received in full.

6. CHANGES

We may adjust Products or Services to reflect changes in availability, regulations, manufacturer specifications or discontinued ranges.

7. ENDING THE CONTRACT

We may end the contract if you fail to make payments, provide required information, fail to allow access, or otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Bespoke, made to measure, custom manufactured or specially ordered items are non refundable once ordered. Design fees, surveys, consultations and technical drawing packages are non refundable once work has commenced.

9. WARRANTIES

Appliance and product warranties must be registered directly with the manufacturer where required.

10. PRICE & PAYMENT

Includes deposits, final payment obligations, storage and delayed delivery provisions, photography rights and snagging procedures as set out in the full Terms & Conditions supplied by HOPE Kitchens & Interiors Limited.

11. LIABILITY

Our total liability shall not exceed the total Project Price paid by the Client, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

13. OTHER TERMS

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14. BUSINESS TO BUSINESS CLIENTS

Where the Client is acting in the course of business, consumer protection legislation shall not apply.
